- Excellent problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills whether it be client facing, email, phone-based or remote chat support. (Previous experience in a customer service role would be considered essential)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products is essential (esp Outlook, Teams & Excel)
- Experience with Sage 200, NetSuite or Other Accounting/Business Software would be an advantage
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Power BI would be an advantage.
- Enthusiasm and keenness to learn new skills in a fast changing environment
