We’re currently recruiting for the right candidate to join our growing team in the role of Sales – New Business.
You will already be working in software sales and have a good understanding of how a business functions. You’ll work with the Team to identify, nurture and close new business opportunities. You’ll be working closely with clients in the small and medium sectors to understand their specific challenges and needs, and work with our team to tailor and present those solutions to match those needs.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities through networking and relationship building with potential clients.
- Actively seeking out new sales leads through market research and outreach efforts, to compliment leads generated from our Marketing Teams
- Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of our solutions which we offer and being able to effectively communicate the value of these solutions to potential clients.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations to present to potential clients.
- Negotiating and closing deals with clients.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential sales opportunities
- Building and maintaining a strong and positive relationship with clients and partners
- Continuously seeking out opportunities to improve sales and client relationships.
The right candidate will have a proven track record in sales and be looking for a role in a dynamic sales environment.
NOTE: This role will involve travel around our customer sites across Ireland and the UK so a full-clean driving licence and access to a car are essential.
