Key Requirements:

      • Excellent problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
      • Excellent communication skills whether it be client facing, email, phone-based or remote chat support. (Previous experience in a customer service role would be considered essential)
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products is essential (esp Outlook, Teams & Excel)
      • Experience with Sage 200, NetSuite or Other Accounting/Business Software would be an advantage
      • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Power BI would be an advantage.
      • Enthusiasm and keenness to learn new skills in a fast changing environment
      • We will consider graduates for any roles, ideally with a combination of IT and business qualifications
