Overview
Jump Juice Bars was established by Claire and Charlie Scanlan in 2003 and has grown from strength to strength since then.
Employing over 150 people across their network of 24 juice bars nationwide, Jump Juice Bars is the leading smoothie and juice bar and with Jump Juice Direct the company delivers a range of cold pressed juices and smoothies to homes and offices.
To support the business’s ambitious growth plans, Jump Juice Bars looked for a technology solution to enable growth and reduce time spent on manual administration and financial tasks. To meet these needs, Jump Juice Bars partnered with Envisage to deploy its Connections solution.


The Solution
Envisage installed its financial and business management software, Connections, to streamline financial administrative processes, improve business performance and facilitate Jump Juice Bars’ expansion.
With an initial investment of €40,000, the Connections software integrates the Sage 200 accounting software and its Captiva EPoS solution, driving internal efficiencies through automation.
The integration with Envisage’s Connections software and Sage 200 allows Jump Juice Bars to generate more granular and accurate financial statements. This has enabled employees to proactively make business decisions and reduce the errors and time taken to produce management accounts and improve overall efficiency.
Crucial data flows seamlessly through the centralised and fully automated database, enabling employees to access data from anywhere.
Connections also eliminates manual input of sales data and speeds up the supplier invoice entry process, saving up to 40 work hours per month, allowing employees more time to grow the business and focus on core tasks.
